When you're in search of new music, there are infinite directions for you to turn. As music fans, we often listen to our favorites, avoiding the unknown islands of paradise different artists and genres have to offer. This type 'avoidance' (for lack of a better term) is often associated with smaller bands, this leaves our local musicians taking the brunt of it all. So, if you're interested in what's going on in Colorado, I suggest you start by checking out Two Faces West.
Comprised of members Caden Kramer, Kurt Ashmore, and Mick Knudson, this local talent is supplying blazing guitar riffs by combining blues, funk, and rock. Two Faces West is bringing a familiar rockabilly vibe to the Denver music scene, they personalize it by bringing their uniqueness and their own diversity to their signature sound. It all makes sense when their influences include rock powerhouses like Jack White, Gary Clark Jr, Jimi Hendrix, and with a dash of an EDM giant, Gramatik.
One of my personal favorite things about Two Faces West are their live performances. The band feeds the crowd with exciting, energetic vibes and leaves you feeling like you just hit the jackpot of jam bands.
Face the music, check out Two Faces West. They're local, they're ready to entertain you, and they’re definitely a band to keep an eye on.
